How do I place an order?
Reach out to us for placing orders via our website, select your desired book and the quantity, and you will be notified about the total pricing you are being charged for the service when you checkout. Finish the process by selecting your desired payment method. You will receive your books within 3 working days.

Can I add or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing system to ensure quick dispatch. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirming the purchase. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] as soon as possible. They will do their best to assist you within the bounds of our policies and process the cancellation of your order quantity. If your order has already been dispatched and out for delivery you will be unable to cancel your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all forms of payments including Cash On Delivery(COD), Bkash, Nagad, Visa, and Mastercard.
What is your return policy?

Customers can return their books or products only if something is wrong (Torn, Pages missing, Wrong book/Product, etc) with them. In that case, Schoolsupply will give you fresh products in return. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it as long as your item meets the following criteria:

It is within 03 days from the delivery date.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with.

Refunds/replacements for products are subject to inspection and checking by the Schoolsupply team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or Digital content such as e-books will not be covered under our
Returns Policy.

Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.


Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.


If the item came with the free promotional items (including but not limited to gifts/ points/wallet money) the free item must also be returned/refunded.

How can I receive my refund?

Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with the Supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked. Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience and shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for your order.

For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective. If online payment is made again due to a technical error, a payment refund will be made.


You will receive a refund anytime between 7-10 working days. If you don’t receive a refund within this time, please write to us at [email protected] and we shall investigate.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

In case you wish to update your order placement and shipping address location, reach out to our customer care team at [email protected] as soon as possible. They will do their best to assist you within the bounds of our policies.
